CMA Package Step 3: Enter Subject Property

Step 3 of the CMA Package lets you enter the subject property.

To enter a subject property that exists as a listing in the MLS

Enter the Listing # in the field near the top of the page and click the Get Info button.
The listing's information automatically populates the form. You can make changes if necessary.
Click the Next Step link or the 4: Make Adjustments tab to proceed to the next step.

To enter data for a subject property that is not a listing

Type the complete property address.
Click the " Validate Address for Mapping" link. The system attempts to obtain the geocodes (i.e. latitude and longitude) for the property so that it can be located on a map. You can include a map showing the locations of all selected properties in your CMA Package.
Enter appropriate information for the features listed below the address.

To upload a picture of the subject property

Click the "Upload Subject Property Picture" link.
Click the Browse button, and select the desired picture. The image must be in JPEG format. See Create pictures that can be uploaded to the MLS for details.
Click the Next Step link or the 4: Make Adjustments tab to proceed to the next step.
